It is considerable to
shot some‘anti-racist white hero’ film
In the White
people solve Racism, the main character of the film tries to protect the black
and thus become a hero of anti-racist. On seeing that film, I begin to reflect on
the current society. In the current society, although most people do not pay
attention to the race issues, they do influence the daily life of us.
In the modern
society, although the level of the technology has already reached a high state,
the race issues are still troubling us, why?
Among the films
which are shot in the Hollywood, some of them maintain the status of the white
while looking down upon the black (Mcfarlane 2015).
In the films, the black is at a disadvantage and they are often treated
unfairly. For instance, in the film To Kill a Mockingbird, it is described that
the black is treated unfairly that a black man named Tom is accused of ripe in
the area where the people tend to look down upon the black. However, the truth
is that Tom does not commit ripe at all and he is innocent in fact (Madison 1999).
After watching
this movie, I am very angry that in the US where the legislation is so perfect
and famous around the world, the innocent black man should be unfairly treated
by the law court, which is beyond my wildest imagination!
Thinking about the
event, I would like to ask the people some questions.
Do the black
people tend to commit crimes in the society?
Do the black
people have some evil souls?
Are there no good
doctors who belong to the black people saving the life of the white?
After knowing the
questions listed above, I think many people have known that the black people
have no difference when it comes to the soul.
On the other hand,
I would like to display some positive roles the white plays in the anti-racism
films. In the films like Avatar and Last Samurai, there is some white hero who
tries to protect the interests of the black.
I find that there
are some common characters of those films. First, the white hero in the film
does not realize the nobility of the black but the white hero gets to know it
when he contacts with the black by chance. Through the contact, the white hero
learns about that even the black is also soft and innocent. Second, the white
sacrifices a lot to help the black in the films, which is very moving (Case 2012).
However, in the
real world, there are so many people who do not know the black really but they
view the black unfairly and even treat them unfairly.
In my opinion, we
can know the black when we get in touch with them. If you are commented
unfairly by a stranger, would you be pleased? Taking this into consideration,
when facing the black, it is suggested that either you do not comment on them
or you just know them first.
